    The location was wonderful - ease of access to Jo-Terrace Osaka. The restaurant was good with food and drink, I tried healthy dishes.

    My room offered a stunning view of Osaka Castle, especially when illuminated at night. Breakfast was satisfying, though the lack of a coffee machine was disappointing for a coffee lover like me.

    Its location a couple of blocks away from an arts theater was marvellous. The staff was very-very nice, polite, and responded promptly to requests.

    The assistance/service help from the staff was amazing. They helped us get exactly where we wanted even if the questions were a little challenging. We also had an amazing view of Osaka Castle from 15 floors up. It was so beautiful at night. Also the train station is only 50 meters down the road and 4 stops from Osaka station (main city station).

    The room was nice but nothing spectacular for the cost.

    The view of Osaka Castle from our room was

    Truly amazing, especially at night with the castle illuminated. The room itself was spacious and clean, but I found the décor to be quite dated. The staff provided excellent service throughout our stay.

    Its location is excellent if you like to roam around Osaka Castle and its parks. Its drawback is that it is far from restaurants given the mediocre food at the hotel.

    While the room is clean the bath /shower area requires upgrading.The air conditioning does not work well leaving the room warm and uncomfortable during the day. The staff are not that helpful either.

    The hotel staff were excellent and were very helpful and friendly. It was extremely clean. Great views of Osaka Castle from hotel room. Also within walking distance of the castle, parks and big childrens park.

    very nice hotel, clean, kind personnel. very comfortable bathroom. nice view to the city, although the castle view room doesn't offer a direct view to it (you have to bend your head quite much...). The hotel is close to 2 railway stations and one subway station, close to the castle and to the aqua-bus (right in front of the hotel).

    Personnel in the Four Seasons restaurant not english speaking and not kind with the clients...

    The staff were amazing. They were extremely helpful with tourist information and all of them spoke excellent English. The room was amazing. Very clean and all of our needs were met beyond exception. An excellent experience and I would recommend the hotel to anyone.

    The breakfast buffet was a feast for the senses, filled with tasty Japanese and Western dishes that kept me coming back for more! Plus, the location near Osaka Castle offered some fine views that added to the experience. The staff were super great, making me feel at home.
