I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this hotel. First off, the room decor was outdated and really didn't live up to my expectations for a hotel of this caliber. Plus, we encountered noisy neighbors who disrupted our sleep on our second night. To make matters worse, I can't believe they charge extra for amenities like the pool and gym. It just doesn’t add up, and it felt frustrating that a supposedly high-end hotel would nickel-and-dime guests.
